NO – If you are looking for advice on which services would best fit your needs, that is of course completely free! You can email us anytime at Hello@MariaMurphyCreative.com and together we’ll discuss what services are right for you!
And YES – If you already know you’re looking for in depth answers to your design and/or digital marking questions, and step by step “how-tos” for your business, then you’ll want to book one of my two consultation calls! In these consultations you will get a pre-call questionnaire and I’ll customize the call to your specific needs! You’ll leave the call knowing exactly what steps you need to take to achieve your goals! From there, if you decide you want to use any of our custom services to achieve those goals, you’ll receive a $100 credit!
I love working one on one with my clients! And the process is very easy! You’ll first want to reach out through the email form on my contact page, or email me directly to Hello@MariaMurphyCreative.com. Once we finalize the details of what’s included in your service package, I’ll then be able to send you my availability and timeline for your project. To secure your spot on my calendar you will then pay a 20% non-refundable deposit.

Yes, just like with any other service based industry, you are technically paying me for my time, not the end product. But I assure you, I have streamlined the process of us working together to give you plenty of opportunities along the way to make revisions. You will be very involved through out the whole process to guarantee you will be more than happy with your end result!
RELATED TO PRESET PURCHASES
Included in your download will be a quick start guide that will walk you through every step, from getting your preset into Lightroom, to using your preset on your images! I’ve also included the step by step guide on our resources page here.
Due to the nature of digital products, exchanges and/or refunds will not provided. For any support related issues with your files please refer to the guides included in your download – also found on our resources page. In regards to our mobile presets, please remember that results will vary based on your individual photos. If you have any further concerns not addressed here or on our recourses page please reach out to us at email@example.com.
We do not offer technical support with Lightroom. We are not associated with Lightroom, and therefor are not able to help with any technical issues you might be having with in the app, although we do include a quick start guide in your download (or on our resources page here).
