THESE ARE SO GOOD!! With the sweetness of the rolls contrasted by the savory bacon eggs and cheese you can’t go wrong! Here’s what you’ll need!
INGREDIENTS (per sandwich) :
– 1 King’s Hawaiian roll
– 1 tsp butter (or butter substitute)
– 1 egg
– 1 piece of bacon (I used turkey bacon)
– 2 Â square quarters of a large slice of muenster cheese
DIRECTIONS :
First you’re going to cook your bacon.
Then cut your rolls in half and butter the insides.
Next cut your cheese into quarters.
Now you’re going to use the same pan that you cooked your bacon in to cook your eggs. Drop your eggs in the pan and lightly break the yolk. Let that cook for while, then with a spatula separate your eggs and flip them to cook on the other side. Once they are cooked remove them from the pan and set aside.
Now in the same pan place one half of your buttered roll (butter side down) in the pan. Then add 1 quarter square piece of cheese, egg, bacon, and another quarter square piece of cheese.. all in that order. Then top with the other half of the roll, buttered side up.
Cook until bottom piece of bread gets toasted and then flip. Once both sides are golden brown you’re done!
