INGREDIENTS

  • 2 CUPS FLOUR
  • 1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
  • 1/4 CUP WHITE SUGAR
  • 1 TSP BAKING POWDER
  • 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
  • 1 TSP CINNAMON
  • 1 TSP PUMPKIN SPICE
  • 3 MASHED RIPE BANANAS
  • 1 CUP PUMPKIN PUREE
  • 1/4 VEGTABLE OIL
  • 2 EGGS
  • 1 TSP VANILLA

* You could also add chocolate chips to this recipe! I know that would turn out even more yummy! Wish I would have thought of that before now! 🙂

DIRECTIONS

Mix together all wet ingredients in one bowl, and all dry ingredients in another. Then combine wet and dry ingredients until combined.

Pour into muffin tins and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
