Hey guys!! So here is the last part of the full meal I am posting tonight! And probably my absolute favorite! You won’t believe how easy this is to make once you try it! It is just SOO yummy! Here’s what you’ll need!
INGREDIENTS :
– 3 tbsp olive oil
– 1 regular size package of sliced mushrooms
– 3 tbsp flour
– salt/pepper
– 1/2 cup of any red table wine (obviously marsala wine is perfered)
– 1/2 cup beef stock
– 1 large package of pre-cooked and sliced chicken breast (if you want to cook your chicken fresh, I would say it would be about 2 large breasts worth of chicken)
DIRECTIONS :
Start by heating up your olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan. Add your mushrooms and sauté until well cooked.
Season with salt and pepper then add 3 tbsp’s of flour and stir until mushrooms are well coated.
Next add your wine to deglaze the pan. Stir for about a minute then add your beef stock.
Stir and cook until sauce is nice and think.
Once you have a well blended sauce add your sliced chicken breast stir until chicken is heated all the way through. Shouldn’t take more then 10 minutes or so.
We absolutely loved this recipe and it went perfect with the garlic creamed cauliflower and broiled parmesan asparagus!!
Hope you enjoy this simple delicious meal!! Comment below and let me know how it turns out!!
