7 Beautiful Airbnb Homes for Your Next Get Away

There’s something about the early summer months that makes me REALLY want to travel! Especially to beautiful Airbnb homes around the world! And since we spent last year staying safe and socially distancing, my travel bug is stronger than ever.

My husband and I spent almost every weekend traveling before we had our first son. I thought I would be ready for life to slow down after he was born, but my desire to travel is still stronger than ever!

When traveling, I love staying at Airbnb’s. They provide so much more privacy and I’m never as stressed about germs! As an interior designer, I love searching for beautiful stays across the world, and I’ve found so many stunning and unique places recently that I just had to share!

The Wonderlust Airstream in Joshua Tree has some of the most beautiful views, both inside the airstream and out! Nestled amongst the desert mountains, this Airbnb is the perfect getaway spot. I can picture my family sitting around the gas fire pit while staring at the stars, playing in the pool, and cooking on the outdoor fire pit! Even while inside, you can see the surrounding landscape through the MANY windows that are built into the airstream. Can you imagine how many stars you could see from this spot?? Because I can!

The Maison au Calme au Milieu de la Jungle in Costa Rica would be the perfect spot for a girl’s trip! This incredible home features two bedrooms (each with a king bed!), a stunning kitchen, a covered patio, and an infinity pool. The large sliding doors leading to the pool allow for SO much natural light into this bright and minimalistic home. I love the idea of my girlfriends and I lounging by the pool while taking in the views of the jungle and Banana Beach. DROOL.

This modern home is on a working flower farm in South Africa. Just wow! This eclectic stay includes four different bedrooms, all unique and designed so well. The common spaces are what really steal the show. This home really embraces what it means to bring the outdoors in, with a huge chopped wood feature wall in the entry, and greenery everywhere you look.

The house also has an incredible sitting room with floor-to-ceiling windows that display the mountains in the distance. Take in the views of the mountains, swim in the pool, and be sure to take advantage of the outdoor wood-burning fireplace!

This luxury townhome in St. Paul, France is on the top of my list of places to visit. I truly feel like this rustic stay is straight out of a magazine! Built in the 16th century, the home has been beautifully renovated to preserve the original integrity of the home.

Featuring three bedrooms with king beds and their own bathrooms, this home would be a great stay for so many people. With views of the french countryside, I would love to pay this beautiful Airbnb home a visit!

The Agave Suite on the outskirts of Tuscon, Arizona is a private bedroom in a five-bedroom inn. If you don’t have children or are looking for a parents’ weekend trip, this stay is the place for you!

I love this Airbnb because of its stellar views of the 40 acres of land it sits on, as well as the access to the inn’s pool, rooftop lounge, yoga room, dining patio, and fire pit. It also has a projector in the shared living room for movie nights! And not to mention the incredible design of the home.

The color palette, textures, and details are incorporated to reflect the desert that surrounds the inn. This stay is truly the perfect place to relax, reset, and enjoy what rural Arizona has to offer.

This exquisite apartment, located in Barcelona, Spain, is bright, cheerful, and SO European! It features classic European charms, such as the colorful entry and wooden beams, while also including modern-day conveniences like air conditioning, cable TV, and even a gaming console for the kiddos (and maybe even an adult or two).

I love the design of this apartment because it incorporates white walls, raw wood features, and SO much natural light! This space would be such a great stay for a couple of families, as it features three bedrooms and can sleep up to eight people. I love the idea of coming here with my sister’s family one day!

Does anyone recognize this Texas home? It was featured in a Season Four episode of Fixer Upper! This home is designed beautifully with four bedrooms would be great for a couple of families with younger children.

If you love the farmhouse style, you’ll definitely love this place! The house features beautiful shiplap walls, an open-concept layout, and a large yard for children to play. I love the blend of farmhouse and industrial styles, especially the metal shelves hanging above the kitchen island!

Will you be traveling this year?? I can’t wait to see how everyone takes advantage of beautiful Airbnb homes during the summer months!
