So I’ve been on a green smoothie kick here lately. I used to drink green juice every morning but now I’ve been craving smoothies 🙂 In the morning I’m usually in a rush to get to work, so I’ve been cheating (not making my green juice from scratch). But HEY it’s still delicious and better then getting a chicken biscuit from Hardee’s!
Here’s what you’ll need!
INGREDIENTS:
– 6-8 oz premade/store bought green juice
– 6-8 oz trop50 orange juice (less sugar)
– hand full of kale
– hand full of frozen pineapple chunks
– 1/2 a frozen banana (I store frozen sliced banana’s in my freezer)
– 3 to 4 pieces of ice
DIRECTTIONS:
Blend together until smooth! Pretty easy!
You can substitute any frozen fruit of your choice. Mix it up and see what combinations you like best!
