This  EASY three ingredient flour-less cookie recipe is sooooo goooood! I make these cookies all the time! And with Easter coming up I added these fun colored M&Ms! So festive 🙂

INGREDIENTS :

– 1 cup of peanut butter

– 1 cup of sugar

– 3 tbsp of egg white beaters

– plus OPTIONAL toppings of your choice! I used chopped M&Ms and mini chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS :

Preheat oven to 375. Mix together peanut butter, sugar, and egg whites. If consistency is too sticky, add more sugar. The final consistency should feel like normal cookie dough. Next take about a tablespoon size chuck of cookie dough and roll into a ball and place on greased cookie sheet. The repeat until all of your cookie dough is rolled out into balls.

Once all of your cookie dough is rolled into balls, use a fork to press into the dough. Then (optional) top with your favorite toppings! Press them firmly into your cookie dough so they don’t fall on to the baking sheet.

Once you have all of your cookies topped, bake in oven for 9 minutes. When you pull them out of the oven they will still feel very soft. There’s no cheating here, you HAVE to let them cool completely before removing them from the pan! I usually never follow those rules when it comes to baking cookies, but for this recipe it is super important! Once the are completley cooled they will stay firm!

They are so delicious and I love the added crush of the M&Ms! You can change this up depending on the Holiday too! I’ll probably be making these same cookies around Christmas with red and green M&Ms 🙂 Hope you enjoy!!
