If you know me at all, you know I have officially turned into my Grandmother with her love for champagne (I must say.. it’s one of my favorite qualities I’ve picked up from her.. and my sister has too now that I think about it). Don’t get me wrong, a beer is great while watching football, but other than that give me champs!
So I thought it would be fun to experiment with a few of mine and Josh’s favorite cocktails by using only champagne! I was VERY pleased with the results! And just in time for this Holiday Season! 🙂
All drinks below are pictured in order from left to right! Also, ingredients listed below will fill the bottom of you champagne glass and then get topped with the bubbly!
OLD FASHIONED
- sugar cube muddled with 3-5 drops of Angostura bitters (I like a lot of bitters)
- splash of OJ
- orange peel
- top with champagne
MOSCOW MULE
- ginger beer
- lime juice
- mint
- lime wedge
- top with champagne
POMEGRANATE ROSEMARY
- pomegranate juice
- 1 rosemary sprig
- top with champagne
